We expect the professionals using our platform to provide the highest level of service, and at the core of that is reliability. Your professional will arrive as close to your chosen start time as they are able.

Please allow 30 minutes after your appointment is scheduled before reporting lateness.

We know you may not have time to wait, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Just go to your Bookings page and select “My Pro Hasn’t Arrived Yet”.
